Active Logistics Inc.’s COO Elected as Vice Chairman of UniGroup’s Board of Directors
ST. LOUIS (Nov. 9, 2023) — UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation related companies, has elected Gary Quintalino, COO of Active Logistics, Inc., as vice chairman of its board of directors. Quintalino has been a part of UniGroup’s board of directors since 2017.
Quintalino speaks to his mission saying “My immediate goal is to support and help advise the Chairman and assist in any way I can to maximize growth, service and value for our Shareholders. I hope to offer my skills and fresh perspectives in an effort to successfully transform, diversify and propel UniGroup as we move towards the future.”
Quintalino has served in many capacities on the board of directors over the years from chairing the Technology Committee to serving on the Audit and Risk Committee.
