UniGroup Elects Board Members and Officers, Naming Gary Quintalino as New Board Chair

ST. LOUIS  — (Nov. 11, 2024) — UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation solution companies, announced Todd Watson of The Armstrong Companies, Nate Corrigan of Corrigan Moving Systems and Kevin Head of Mesa Moving & Storage were each elected to a three-year board of director’s term at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders in St. Louis.  

Watson is the Chief Executive Officer and third-generation family business owner of The Armstrong Company. Watson is not unfamiliar with the UniGroup board of directors as he served on the board from 2016-2023. During his tenure, he served on the Executive, Operations, Technology, Customer Experience and Customer Technology Committees. 

Corrigan is the President of Corrigan Moving Systems based in Michigan. Corrigan has been working in the moving industry his whole life and took a leadership position within the company once he graduated from University of Notre Dame. Alongside his position at Corrigan Moving Systems, he served as the Michigan Mover Association board president for two years. 

Head is Chief Executive Officer of Mesa Moving & Storage. His expertise has helped expand Mesa Moving & Storage from four to eight locations throughout the Western region of the U.S. Head is also a UniGroup board of director alum, previously serving from 2009-2017. He served on committees such as Executive, Operations, Logistics, Marketing and Business Improvement. 

Bryan Oler (of Oler Relo Group in Corpus Christi, Texas), Gary Quintalino (of Active Logistics in Northborough, Massachusetts) and Shelly Gipson (of Legacy Transportation Services Inc., in San Jose, California) were re-elected to three-year terms.  

During the organizational meeting the board of directors elected the following to serve three-year terms in the respective positions: 

Chairman: Gary Quintalino (Active Logistics, Inc.), Vice Chairman: Bryan Oler (Oler Relo Group), Treasurer: Ray Conlin (McCollister’s Global Services), Secretary: David Sabada (A-Mrazek Moving Systems, Inc.).
